  • Habiba Abdul-Jabbar is the first child of the former basketball player and his ex-wife. She was born in 1972 in the District of Columbia and she is a successful writer, dramatist, director and producer who is well known for “The Cosby Show(1984)” “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air(1990)”, and “The Sinbad Show(1993)”. She is presently working on a drama series dubbed “Gold Rush” which will be aired soon.
  • Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Jr is the eldest son of the famous basketball player and was born on the 23rd of August, 1976 in Los Angeles. He is an actor who is known for “The Monster Night(2006)”. “Americanizing Shelley(2007)”, “I Tried(2007)” and “The Sarah Silverman Program(2007)”. He is currently 47 years old. He was also a basketball player like his father. He is said to be a good passer and solid defensive player. He was the leading scorer of the 2002 Central Americano Championships.
  • Sultana Abdul-Jabbar is the youngest daughter of the well known NBA star, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. She was born to the star by Habiba Abdul-Jabber whom he divorce while she was three months pregnant with Sultana and after seven years of being together.   • Dr. Amir Abdul-Jabbar is the third child of the retired basketball player who played for the Los Angeles Lakers. He was born in 1986 to Kareem by Cheryl Pistono. He is an orthopaedic surgeon in Issaquah, Washington and he had his medical education at the University of California, San Francisco. 
  • Adam Abdul-Jabbar is the last child and was born in 1991. He is a former basketball player and played for the University of California, Irvine. In 2021, he was sentenced to a six months jail term for stabbing his San Clemente neighbour over an argument.

The basketball player’s marriage life was characterised with breaks as he could not adapt into family life. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s children are from three previous relationships. His first child, a daughter known as Habiba Abdul-Jabbar was named after his ex-wife, who is her mother. 

It is speculated that the couple divorced because of Kareem’s extra-marital affair with Cheryl Pistono who had a great effect on most of his decisions. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is presently not married and single.

As a 7-foot-1 centre, he dominated the court for two decades., winning six NBA championships, six MVP awards and becoming the league’s all-time leading scorer. The phenomenal basketball player was born on the 16th of April, 1947 in Harlem, New York in the United States of America. As of 2023, he is 76 years and his zodiac sign is Aries.

He had his education at the prestigious Stuyvesant High School where he succeeded in both academics and athletics. He had more than a hundred offers of college scholarships but he chose the University of California, Los Angeles where he excelled and became a three time Final Four Most Outstanding Player at UCLA and three time NCAA champion while studying sociology and history and graduated in 1969.

While playing for the University of Los Angeles Bruins under Coach John Wooden from 1967 to 1969, he won three consecutive NCAA championships with the Bruins and was named the Most Outstanding Player of the 1969 Final Four. He scored 2,323.2 points with the UCLA Bruins.
