Dwayne has two biological siblings, an older sister known as Wanda Bowles and a younger brother named Curtis Bowles.
In 2022, through DNA testing, Dwayne Johnson discovered he has five additional siblings from his paternal side. They were Paula Parsons, Trevor Edwards, Aaron Fowler, Adrian Bowles and Lisa Purves. This means that he has seven siblings altogether.
