Solána Imani Rowe, known by the moniker, SZA is a renowned R&B singer and songwriter who was born in St. Louis, Missouri on the 8th of November, 1989. She was raised in a diverse religious background with her mother, Audrey, being a Christian and her father, Abdul, a Muslim, SZA embraced the Muslim faith.

Before gaining mainstream recognition, SZA released her maiden EP, “See.SZA.Run” in 2012, followed by “S” and “Z”. Her breakthrough came with the well-praised album, “Ctrl” in 2017, featuring hits like “Love Galore” and “The Weekend”

Known for her unique voice and introspective lyrics, SZA has made a significant impact on the R&B music scene. Aside from music, she is recognized for her fashion sense and advocacy for body positivity and mental health.
