She began working as an English teacher in Bogotá and later became the first journalist to interview Pablo Escobar.

Vallejo is a Colombian journalist, author and TV personality. She started her career as a model and later became a TV presenter and journalist. She has worked for many Colombian media channels such as Caracol Radio, Noticiero 24 Horas, RTI productions and many others.
She has worked as an international editor for Noticiero Todelar and 6to Poder as a columnist. She became a prominent figure in Colombian media, as she was known for her beauty, charisma and confident reporting style. She interviewed many famous people, including politicians, artists and celebrities.
